Michela è nata a Nettuno, ama il mare e da grande decide di lasciare l’Italia per trasferirsi alle Canarie dove lavora e vive per un po’ di anni. Adesso Michela ha quarant’anni e non vive più su un’isola. Stanca del lavoro indefesso e del turismo sfrenato abbandona il mare per trasferirsi in montagna. Insieme alla sua famiglia gestisce il rifugio Angelo Sebastiani sul Monte Terminillo. Come il mare, anche la montagna ti mette alla prova, ti spinge ad affrontare i tuoi limiti e il tuo livello di adattamento alla vita e lei sembra farcela. Sorride sempre Michela, quando arrivano persone in rifugio, quando deve spaccare la legna e caricarla nella stufa. Michela sorride sempre e scherza con tutti e quando la mattina si sveglia mette musica metal core che non ti aspetti e comincia a sistemare la sala da pranzo con una grazia e un vigore che solo la montagna conosce. _________________ Michela was born in Nettuno, loves the sea and when she grows up decides to leave Italy to move to the Canary Islands where she worked and lived for a few years.
